Anlo Rural Bank PLC is looking for a dynamic individual to occupy the position of HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Job Summary

The HR & Administration (HR&A) Manager will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities of the Bank. The HR&A Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development, as well as oversee administrative functions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Planning HR and Administrative activities annually
  2. Setting, monitoring and achieving HR targets
  3. Managing recruitment, onboarding and exit procedures
  4. Managing employee relations
  5. Managing organizational and company culture
  6. Overseeing the payroll function
  7. Running the office and facilities management functions
  8. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
  9. Designing and implementing an equitable and transparent performance management system for all level of employees in the Bank and implementing equitable rewards systems in support of the performance management programme.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum first degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized University.

Experience, Skills and Abilities

  1. At least 5 years of experience in relevant field with a minimum of 2 years in the same managerial position in the banking sector.
  2. Excellent organizational skills, flexible and able to multi-task, with demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present and execute innovative ideas. Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  4. Strong sense of accountability, integrity and ability to handle highly visible

Responsibilities

  2. Ability to maintain confidentiality
  3. Strong emotional intelligence.
  4. Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel.
